| 1. For jacket/coat size - small: waist level; medium: below the buttocks above the knees; large: below the knee |
| 2. For skirt size - Short: above the knee; Length: below the knee |
| 3. "Decorative/ornate": with rhinestones, embroidery, drawing, fabric mixing |
| 4. "Wet Clean" is an advance method and technology that simulate precise hand washing via the customized washing programs. Gentle mechanical actions and eco-friendly solutions to deep clean each strands of fabric and materials, that is safe for the environment, garments, users and staff. Wet clean will revolutionize the industry. |

| 6. Within 24 hours express service charge + 50% of total |
| 7. Amaze shall be responsible for damaged caused by us. The maximum compensation fees shall not exceed 10 times the service fees (ie., dry cleaning fees for a shirt is 40K, then the maximum compensation is 400K.) Service invoice must be presented. |
| 8. Amaze will only accept complaints if customer contact us within 24 hours from theo time receiving the items. |
